BLOOMING HOPE COUNSELING

Specialties
Anxiety

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety takes the driver’s seat. Whether it shows up as racing thoughts, constant worry, panic, or feeling “on edge,” anxiety can leave you exhausted and unsure how to cope. In therapy, we’ll work together to understand your triggers, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build practical tools to calm your mind and body. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your daily life.
Eating Disorders

Struggles with food, exercise, or body image can feel isolating and all-consuming. Eating disorders often thrive in secrecy, making you feel like you’re fighting alone. Here, you’ll find a safe, supportive space to explore your relationship with food and your body without judgment. Together, we’ll work on building flexibility around eating, improving self-compassion, and reducing the grip of rigid rules and fears. Recovery is possible—you don’t have to go through it alone.
Self-Esteem & Body Image

It’s easy to feel stuck in cycles of comparison, self-doubt, or never feeling “good enough.” When low self-esteem or body image concerns take over, it can impact relationships, academics, and even daily joy. Therapy can help you challenge the inner critic, recognize your strengths, and begin to see yourself with more kindness. Our work will focus on cultivating confidence from the inside out—so you can feel more comfortable in your own skin and live with greater ease.
College & Young Adults

Transitions into adulthood—whether starting college, entering the workforce, or navigating independence—come with both excitement and stress. You might find yourself juggling academic pressure, social changes, family expectations, and the uncertainty of “figuring out life.” Therapy offers a space to process these challenges, explore your identity, and learn skills to handle stress in healthy ways. You don’t have to have it all figured out—I’m here to support you through this chapter and beyond.
